Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Red Hat Network Satellite Server. A remote authenticated user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can send specially crafted data to trigger a flaw in an unused XMLPRC handler and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target web service.

The Red Hat Network is not affected.

The vendor discovered this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can execute arbitrary code on the target system with the privileges of the target web service.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fixed version (5.0.1).
