Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Oracle Internet Directory. A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges.

A remote authenticated user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle Internet Directory Oracle Directory Services Manager component to gain elevated privileges.

Travis Emmert of Exodus Intelligence reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix as part of the January 2018 Critical Patch Update.
