Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Identity Services Engine. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted login data to exploit a flaw in the Guest Portal login page to bypass the portal's login attempt limit and conduct multiple login attempts.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCve98518 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass the portal's login attempt limit and conduct multiple login attempts.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
