Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Identity Services Engine. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

The graphical user interface does not properly rate limit TCP packets. A remote user can send TCP packets at a high rate to the target interface to cause the target interface to stop responding to established or new connections.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvc81803 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target interface to stop responding to established or new connections.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
