Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache Tomcat. A remote user can consume excessive resources on the target system.

A remote user can send a series of specially crafted HTTP/2 requests to trigger a flaw in the processing of HTTP/2 GOAWAY frames and consume all availabl processing threads on the target system.

Chun Han Hsiao reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can consume all available processing threads on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (8.5.13, 9.0.0.M19).
