Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco StarOS for Cisco ASR 5000 Series Router. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted HTTP packets to cause the target session manager service to reload. As a result, packet loss may occur during a recovery period.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCud14217 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target session manager service to reload.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
