Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Message Queuing Service. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can supply a specially crafted IOCTL request to trigger an object handling error and overwrite memory to execute arbitrary code on the target system with elevated privileges.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued the following fixes:

A restart is required.
