Trial Service Terms and Conditions
SecurityGlobal.net LLC ("SecurityGlobal") distributes frequently updated security vulnerability information through its SecurityTrackerSM web site and related services currently located at http://www.securitytracker.com ("SecurityTracker Site").
Trial Account Conditions
Trial accounts are available, subject to approval, to business, academic, non-profit, and government entities only. Trial accounts are not available for personal use. E-mail addresses used for trial accounts must be from the customer's primary e-mail domain. Third party e-mail domains are not permitted for trial accounts.
This trial offer may be subject to successful credit check. Only one trial offer is permitted per customer organization.
Trial accounts shall not be used for the purpose of competitive analysis and are not for entities that provide similar or competitive vulnerability notification or security intelligence services, even if we authorize an account.
The trial period may be extended at our sole discretion. At the end of the trial period, the customer may purchase the service. If the service is not purchased, the trial account will be terminated.
SecurityGlobal retains the right to refuse any trial application or terminate a trial at any time.
Content Distribution Restrictions
No part of the content or information included in the SecurityTracker alerts may be reproduced, re-transmitted or otherwise redistributed in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including by photocopying, facsimile transmission, recording, re-keying, or using any information storage and retrieval system, without the prior written permission of SecurityGlobal.
Use of Services
SECURITYGLOBAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR ADEQUACY OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION FURNISHED THEREBY. YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL SECURITYGLOBAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SECURITYTRACKER SERVICES OR THE SECURITYTRACKER SITE.

SECURITYGLOBAL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SECURITYTRACKER SITE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SECURITYTRACKER VULNERABILITY ALERTS, CONTENT, AND LINKS), AND ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDED BY SECURITYGLOBAL HEREUNDER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

The operation and/or use of the SecurityTracker Content and the Links or the SecurityTracker Site may not be uninterrupted or error free, and that the results obtained through use of the SecurityTracker Content and the Links may have errors or omissions. SecurityGlobal will not be liable for any interruptions or errors in using the SecurityTracker Content, Links or SecurityTracker Site.
