Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local Unix System Services user can gain the privileges of the NetView for z/OS application and execute an arbitrary program with those elevated privileges.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (APARs OA41059, OA41060, OA41061).
