Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM AIX. A local user can cause denial of service conditions.

The fuser command does not properly restrict the user. A local user can invoke the command with the '-k' argument to kill a process of another user.

Impact:   A local user can kill processes belonging to other users on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
