Description:   A vulnerability was reported in DB2. A remote authenticated user can execute certain statements without the required privileges.

If a compiled compound SQL statement has been issued by an authorized user, the command is cached. In certain cases where the statement includes an update statement against a table, a remote authenticated user without privileges to access the table may be able to invoke the cached command to execute the query.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can execute certain statements without the required privileges.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (APAR IC70406; 9.7 FP3).
