Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Samba. A local user can view portions of files on the target system.

On systems where 'mount.cifs' is installed as a set user id (setuid) program, a local user can invoke the program in verbose mode and supply a specially crafted credential or password path to view the first line of the specified path.

Ronald Volgers reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can view the first line of arbitrary files on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (3.0.37, 3.2.15, 3.3.8, 3.4.2).
