Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Bugzilla. A remote user can view files on the target system in certain cases.
When importing a bug using importxml.pl and the --attach_path option, a user can supply a specially crafted filename encoding value to cause files on the target system to be attached to the bug. As a result, a remote user can view the file.

Solution:
The vendor has issued a fix (2.22.5, 3.0.5, and 3.2rc1).
