Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Solaris. A local user can cause denial of service conditions.
A local user can exploit two race condition vulnerabilities in the CPU Performance Counters (cpc(3CPC) subsystem to trigger a kernel panic.
The kcpc_restore() and kcpc_unbind() functions can trigger these vulnerabilities.
