Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Security Access Manager. A local user can redirect the target user to an arbitrary server.

A local user can exploit a flaw in e-community single sign-on (ECSSO) Master Authentication to redirect to a server that is not within an e-community domain.

Impact:   A local user can redirect to a server that is not within an e-community domain.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APARs IV98064, IV98215, IV98216).
