Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Django. A remote authenticated user can add ModelAdmin objects on the target system in certain cases.

A remote authenticated administrative user with 'change' permissions but without 'add' permissions can create ModelAdmin objects.

Systems with a ModelAdmin configuration of 'save_as=True' are affected.

Impact:   A remote authenticated administrative user with 'change' permissions can add ModelAdmin objects without having 'add' permissions.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (1.9.2).
