Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Moodle. A remote authenticated user can bypass security restrictions.

A remote authenticated user with 'login as' privileges but without 'access all groups' capability can login to other groups by loading a specially crafted URL.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can bypass security restrictions.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (2.3.11, 2.4.8, 2.5.4, 2.6.1).
