Description:   Several vulnerabilities were reported in Juniper Junos Space. A remote user can conduct cross-site scripting attacks. A remote authenticated user can modify the configuration. A remote authenticated user can obtain authentication information.

The web interface does not properly filter HTML code from user-supplied input before displaying the input [CVE-2013-5095]. A remote user can cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the target user's browser. The code will originate from the Juniper Junos Space web interface and will run in the security context of that site. As a result, the code will be able to access information acting as the target user.

The vendor has assigned PR 884469 to this vulnerability.

A remote authenticated user with read-only privileges can exploit a flaw in the role-based access control implementation to make configuration changes [CVE-2013-5096].

The vendor has assigned PR 863804 to this vulnerability.

A remote authenticated user can obtain a list of users and their MD5 password hashes [CVE-2013-5097].

The vendor has assigned PR 879462 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can take actions on the web interface acting as the target user.

A remote authenticated user can modify the configuration.

A remote authenticated user can obtain authentication information.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (Junos Space 13.1R1.6).
