Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft SQL Server. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.

A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will invoke the Windows Common Controls ActiveX controls (MSCOMCTL.OCX) and trigger a flaw in the TabStrip control and execute arbitrary code on the target user's system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.

The CLSID of the vulnerable control is: 1EFB6596-857C-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628

Impact:   A remote user can create HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.
