Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Windows Remote Desktop. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
A remote user can send a sequence of specially crafted Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) packets to trigger a memory access error and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target service.
Systems with RDP enabled are affected.
Edward Torkington of NCC Group reported this vulnerability.
