Description:
A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere Application Server. A remote user can conduct spoofing attacks.
The WebSphere Application Server Plug-in uses a default password expiration date (of April 26, 2012) in the 'plugin-key.kdb' password manager file. On systems where the password has expired and that have had the WebSphere Plugin restarted or the 'plugin-cfg.xml' file modified, SSL communications will fail. A remote attacker can exploit this by conducting man-in-the-middle attacks to access the network communications traffic.

Impact:
A remote user can conduct spoofing attacks to access network communications traffic.
