Description:   Three vulnerabilities were reported in Kerberos. A remote user can cause the target Key Distribution Center (KDC) to crash.

A remote user can send specially crafted data to trigger a null pointer dereference and cause the target KDC to crash.

One vulnerability resides in krb5_ldap_get_principal() in the KDC LDAP back end [CVE-2011-1527]. Nalin Dahyabhai, Andrej Ota, and Kyle Moffett independently reported this vulnerability.

One vulnerability resides in krb5_ldap_lockout_audit() and krb5_db2_lockout_audit() [CVE-2011-1528]. Mark Deneen reported this vulnerability.

One vulnerability resides in lookup_lockout_policy() [CVE-2011-1529].

One vulnerability resides in the Berkeley DB ('db2') back end [CVE-2011-4151].

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target KDC to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a patch.

The patch will be included in an upcoming version.
