Description:
A vulnerability was reported in OpenSSL. A remote or local user can cause denial of service conditions.
A remote or local user that can cause an OpenSSL-based application to print a BMPString or UniversalString (e.g., print the contents of a certificate) can trigger a memory access flaw in the ASN1_STRING_print_ex() function and cause the target application to crash.

Solution:
HP has issued a fix (HP SSL v 1.4 for OpenVMS Alpha and Integrity).
