Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Ruby. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
A remote user can send specially crafted requests to trigger a memory leak in the regex engine and cause the target service to enter an infinite loop and then crash.
The vulnerability resides in 'regex.c'.
