Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Windows Mail. A remote user can access information.
A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user via Internet Explorer, will access information with the privileges of the target user.
HTML that redirects Internet Explorer via the Windows MHTML protocol handler causes the protocol handler to incorrectly interpret HTTP headers as MHTML content.
Jorge Luis Alvarez Medina of Core Security Technologies reported this vulnerability.
