Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Office Web Components. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.

A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will trigger a flaw in the parsing of URLs and execute arbitrary code on the target user's system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.

The CLSIDs of the affected COM object are: 0002E510-0000-0000-C000-000000000046, 0002E511-0000-0000-C000-000000000046

Visual Studio .NET 2002 and 2003 are affected.

Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 and 2002 are affected.

Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 is affected.

Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000 is affected.

Chris Ries of VigilantMinds Inc. and Xiao Hui of NCNIPC reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can create HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.
