Description:
Two vulnerabilities were reported in Java Runtime Environment (JRE). A remote user can bypass network access restrictions. BEA JRockit is affected.
A remote user can create a specially crafted applet that, when loaded by the target user, will make connections via Java APIs to arbitrary hosts.
A remote user can create a specially crafted applet that, when loaded by the target user via a web proxy, will make connections to arbitrary hosts.
Dan Boneh, Collin Jackson, Adam Barth, Andrew Bortz, Weidong Shao, and David Byrne reported these vulnerabilities.
