Description:
Several vulnerabilities were reported in Mozilla Firefox. A remote user may be able to cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system. Mozilla Thunderbird is affected.
A remote user can create a specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will trigger a memory corruption error and potentially execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.
Some of the flaws reside in the browser engine. Some of the flaws reside in the JavaScript engine.
Mozilla Thunderbird is also affected.
Mozilla credits Bernd Mielke, Boris Zbarsky, David Baron, Daniel Veditz, Jesse Ruderman, Lukas Loehrer, Martijn Wargers, Mats Palmgren, Olli Pettay, Paul Nickerson, Vladimir Sukhoy, Asaf Romano, and Igor Bukanov with reporting these vulnerabilities.

The vendor has issued fixed versions (1.5.0.13, 2.0.0.5) of Mozilla Thunderbird, which is affected by this vulnerability.
