Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the Windows Kernel. A local user can obtain System privileges on the target system.

A local user can create a specially crafted Enhanced Metafile (EMF) image and then run a program to execute arbitrary commands on the target system with System privileges.

The vendor credits Shaun Colley of NGS Software with reporting this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain System privileges on the target system.
