Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Mozilla Thunderbird. A remote user may be able to forge certain digital signatures.
If an RSA key with exponent 3 is used, a remote user may be able to forge a PKCS #1 v1.5 signature for that key.
The vulnerability resides in the Mozilla Network Security Services (NSS) library.
Daniel Bleichenbacher reported the type of attack that is possible against PKCS #1 v1.5 signatures.
Philip Mackenzie and Marius Schilder reported that Mozilla is affected.

A remote user may be able to forge signatures (and certificates).

Solution:
The vendor has issued a fixed version (1.5.0.7).
