CVE: You can search for Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) numbers on the Search page. You must specify either the candidate number, the official accepted version number, or the short-version number, as shown in the examples below:

CVE-2003-0924
2003-0924
If a candidate number has been promoted to an official accepted CVE number, you can still search using the candidate number or the short-version number.
