The account sign-up page requests that you supply your name and e-mail address. The requirements for each field are shown below. Your name: This field is optional. You may use any name that you wish, however, your name should only contain certain characters. These characters include: 0-9, A-Z, a-z, apostrophe, and space. This field should be no longer than 40 characters. Your e-mail address: This field is required. You must use a valid e-mail address that belongs to you. We will send a confirmation request to this address. All new accounts must be confirmed before they are activated. Your e-mail address should only contain certain characters. For security purposes, there are some characters that we do not automatically accept. Your e-mail address should be no longer than 120 characters. If your e-mail address uses more than 120 characters or contains funky characters, please send our customer service staff (help@securitytracker.com) some e-mail and we will promptly set up your account.
