Description:  A vulnerability was reported in Solaris. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send specially crafted SCTP protocol data to cause the target system to create a flood of response messages. System performance may degrade or the target system may hang.

Impact:  A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
Solution:  The vendor has issued a fix.
