Description: A vulnerability was reported in the Microsoft Speech API. A remote user can cause arbitrary commands to be executed on the target user's system.
A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will invoke the Speech Components (sapi.dll)
and play an audio file to execute arbitrary commands on the target system. The commands will run with the privileges of the target
user.

systems with the Speech Recognition feature enabled are affected.
