Description: A format string vulnerability was reported in UnRAR. A remote user may be able to execute arbitrary code.
In August 2002, a format string vulnerability was reported in UnRAR in 'getopt.c' by KATO Tsuguru.
A remote user can reportedly
create a specially named file to trigger the vulnerability and execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the user running UnRAR.
