Description:  A vulnerability was reported in Mensajeitor (mensajeitor.php). A remote user can gain administrative access on the application.

Jordi Corrales of Shell Security (shellsec.net) reported that a remote user can submit a specially crafted HTTP POST request with 'AdminNick' set to 'si' to gain administrative privileges on Mensajeitor.

Impact:  A remote user can gain administrative privileges on the application.
Solution:  No vendor solution was available at the time of this entry.

The author of the report indicates that you can add the following lines as a temporary workaround:

if ($cadena_final) { unset($cadena_final); }

(before $nick = htmlspecialchars($nick);)
