Description: A buffer overflow vulnerability was reported in the Xconq game. A local user can gain elevated privileges on the system.
Secunia reported that a local user can set a specially crafted value for the 'USER' environment variable to trigger an overflow in
the make_default_player_spec() function. A local user can execute arbitrary code with 'games' group privileges, according to the
report.
Steve Kemp is credited with reporting this flaw.
